Children To Love International (CTL) was formed in 1993 to reach orphaned and abandoned children in Romania with the gospel of Christ.

Today, CTL's Romanian and American missionary staff have daily contact with over 800 children and orphanage staff in Bucharest and surrounding towns. Our objective is to link churches around the world with Romanian churches and Romanian orphanages, in order to disciple the children to be fully devoted followers of Christ.
